Abstract

Background: Reversed cervical lordosis is a postural deformity often associated with chronic neck pain and functional limitations.
Objective: To describe the rehabilitation approach for a patient with reversed cervical lordosis using posture correction and manual therapy.
Case Presentation: A 63-year-old male presented with chronic cervical pain, disc bulges at C4–C6, and reversed cervical lordosis. The patient underwent a 12-week rehabilitation program including postural re-education, deep cervical flexor strengthening, and mobilization techniques.
Results: The patient reported significant pain reduction (VAS decreased from 7/10 to 2/10), improved cervical ROM, and radiological evidence of partial restoration of lordosis.
Conclusion: A structured rehabilitation program focusing on posture and cervical stabilization can effectively improve pain and alignment in patients with reversed cervical lordosis.
