Background: Rotator cuff tears are common shoulder injuries often requiring surgical repair followed by structured rehabilitation.
Objective: To report functional outcomes following a phased rehabilitation program after rotator cuff repair.
Case Presentation: A 45-year-old male underwent arthroscopic repair of the supraspinatus tendon. Rehabilitation was divided into protective (0–6 weeks), strengthening (6–12 weeks), and return-to-function (12–20 weeks) phases.
Results: By week 20, the patient achieved full active ROM, strength restoration, and return to work activities without complications.
Conclusion: Adherence to evidence-based phased rehabilitation post-rotator cuff repair leads to optimal recovery and safe return to activity.
